Industry's First Brake Protection

Low intrinsic frequency and easy wind resonance are the main reasons for tracking racks to be damaged, which is a problem that major manufacturers have been committed to solving for a long time. Relying on more than 10 years of profound technical accumulation in the field of PV racking, Huading New Energy has created the industry's first PV braking system on the basis of the traditional three major systems of tracking racking structure, control and drive. In the planetary tracking system, brakes are installed at both ends of the system and integrated with the control system. During normal operation, the brake is a flexible beam state, moving with the bracket and playing a buffering role; during wind protection, the brake system is intelligently adjusted to a rigid beam state, locking the rods to form a rigid support so that the tracking bracket has a higher intrinsic frequency. Third-party experimental tests show that when the number of brakes installed is 2, the Mercury tracking system increases the intrinsic frequency by 83.3% compared with the conventional tracking system; when the number of brakes installed is 4, the intrinsic frequency increases by 200%, and the system's wind-resistant performance doubles, which fundamentally solves the problem of tracking bracket wind-induced instability, and protects the safe operation of PV power stations throughout their life cycle.
0°Protection: Perfect Adaptation

When the traditional tracking bracket is turned on to protect against high winds, the module needs a larger inclination angle for docking, and the larger the size of the module, the larger the wind area, the larger the wind pressure, and the more likely the module will be damaged. Therefore, reducing the wind area of the module becomes the key of the tracking bracket module protection strategy. Thanks to the enhanced intrinsic frequency brought about by the braking system, when encountering windy weather, the planetary tracking system not only avoids wind resonance, but also realises 0° attitude protection of the module. 0° protection means that the module and the wind tend to be parallel to each other, and the wind-exposed area is the smallest and safest.
Innovative upgrading Safety without loopholes
